​Come in for a relaxed chat over a drink, where we’ll talk about your goals, explore the space, and make sure you feel comfortable. From there, we’ll work together to create a training plan that suits you, at your pace.

PT 30 MINS
30 mins £27.50
An effective 30 minute session for those who are either strapped for time, or fancy a few sessions a week to keep you on track.
PT 45 MINS
45 mins £35
These sessions will include a warm up, relaxation and will incorporate a mixture of training styles. I'd recommend this session for anyone, whatever the goal!

If you just want to get going, I'd advise that you just go ahead and book in for a PT session with me. Our first session will likely be an hour, as I will run through goals, injuries and lifestyle habits before we launch in with the workout.
