Hi, I’m Victoria — a personal trainer and proud owner of a boutique gym overlooking the Northamptonshire countryside. I've been a qualified PT for over 8 years, and have worked with hundreds of clients of all backgrounds. I am qualified in pre and post natal and have a background in competitive swimming, running, and rugby, I have a strong understanding of sport-specific training and its role in building strength, preventing injury, and enhancing both focus and performance.

I offer small group classes and one-on-one sessions; open to absolutely everyone; whether you're just getting started, a bit nervous about gyms, or working toward something specific. Alongside training, I provide personalized nutrition advice and I’ll support you every step of the way. I'm determined that you'll not only start seeing results, but enjoy your workouts with me!

I believe a workout shouldn’t just be about sweating it out; with the busy lives we all lead, I want you to leave every session feeling recharged, not drained. Every one-on-one client will get a coffee to take home with them.

All clients, whether in one-on-one sessions or classes, will receive towels and water during their workouts.

MUM CLUB
Come along, to our baby friendly set up, to my Mummy tailored small group workouts. We have toys and a safe space for your little one. Prices start at £10.

RUN & strengthen
Have a running goal? 5km, Marathon, or to up your speed? My running sessions are 1h, and incorporate 30 minute of running training, and 30 minutes of strength & conditioning in the gym. From £45/session
monthly membership
For £200 per month, you'll benefit from a weekly PT session, 2 classes per week and personalised nutrition plans. You will also have daily check-ins from me.
Payment will be taken upon booking!

PRE & POST NATAL
Being a Mum of Two, I completely understand how it feels to worry about safely exercising, and then feeling lost in your new body after birth. I will work with you to remain confident during and after pregnancy.

For all Mummy PT & Mum Club classes, the gym has a safe area with baby toys, a bouncer, a Jumperoo and a chair (to feed the baby!) I am also DBS cleared and am on hand to hold the baby, and to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy your workout. Join me for 121 training or small group training. Coffee and cake included!!
