📝 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for choosing Train with V! To provide the best service to all clients, I ask that you respect the time reserved for your sessions. Please read and understand the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
📆 Session Booking
All personal training sessions must be booked in advance and paid for prior to the session to confirm your slot.
⏳ Cancellation / Rescheduling Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being charged in full.

This ensures fairness and allows me to offer the slot to another client.
❌ No-Shows
If you do not show up for a scheduled session without notice, the session will be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
🤒 Exceptions
I understand that emergencies happen. At my discretion, exceptions may be made for illness, injury, or family emergencies — just please let me know as early as possible.
